Communication integration

Keep Twilio. RSG connects it.

Twilio is the phone and messaging layer behind many of the systems RSG builds. If you already have Twilio numbers, we build on them. If you do not, we can keep your existing numbers and route them properly.

Either way, the goal is the same: no call or text goes unanswered, and every conversation ends up on the customer's record.

What RSG connects in Twilio

Inbound and outbound calls, including after-hours and overflow
Two-way SMS, with consent captured and opt-outs honored
Call recordings and summaries, where your state and policy allow
Number routing by time of day, team, and call type

What that makes possible

01

Missed-call text back

A missed call gets a text within seconds, and the reply opens a conversation instead of a lost lead.

02

AI intake on the phone line

Calls are answered, qualified, and booked or handed to a person, with a summary written to your CRM.

03

Reminders and confirmations

Appointment reminders go out by text, and a reply to confirm or reschedule updates the calendar.

Integration availability depends on each platform's API, plan tier, and account permissions, and is verified for your specific accounts during scoping. RSG builds against each platform's published interfaces and does not claim official partnerships with any company listed here. Product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Already on Twilio? Start there.

On a strategy call we look at how Twilio is set up today, where work is falling between it and your other tools, and what connecting them would involve. You keep the account, the data, and the login.
