Use of this site
This website is provided by Redmont Strategies Group (“RSG”) for informational purposes and to allow prospective and current clients to contact us and access the client portal. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Consulting engagements
Content on this site describes services generally and is not a proposal, quote, or guarantee of results. Every consulting or implementation engagement is governed by its own written agreement, which controls scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside any consultant’s control, and results vary by business.
Client portal
Portal access is provided to active clients. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend access to protect the integrity of the platform.
Text messages
Redmont Strategies Group may send text messages to the mobile number you give us when you agree to receive them, for example about appointments you book, inquiries you make, and services you use. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; we will confirm and send nothing further unless you reply START. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@redmontstrategiesgroup.com. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your number as described in our Privacy Policy; it is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Call and meeting recording
Voicemails left on our phone line are recorded, and the greeting says so. We record live calls or meetings only after telling everyone on them, and you may ask us not to record. Recordings and transcripts are used to serve you and are kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
AI-assisted services
Parts of our site and services use AI, including the site chat assistant and drafts of summaries and replies. AI output can be wrong. Nothing the chat assistant says is a quote, proposal, or commitment; only a written agreement or a message from a person at RSG binds us.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to RSG and may not be reproduced without permission. Deliverables created for clients are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from use of the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless a written engagement agreement says otherwise.
