Payments integration

Keep Stripe. RSG connects it.

Getting paid should not depend on someone remembering to send a link. If you already take payments through Stripe, RSG connects it to the jobs, proposals, and customers those payments belong to.

Card details stay with Stripe. RSG systems work with payment links, invoices, and status events, never raw card data.

What RSG connects in Stripe

Payment links and invoices, generated from a job or proposal
Deposits, collected at booking or on acceptance
Subscriptions and recurring plans, for memberships and retainers
Payment events, used to update records and trigger follow-up

What that makes possible

01

Proposal to deposit

When a customer accepts a proposal, the deposit request goes out immediately and the job is marked ready once it clears.

02

Polite, persistent collections

Unpaid invoices get scheduled reminders with a pay link, and the sequence stops the moment payment lands.

03

Failed payment recovery

A failed card on a recurring plan triggers a notice and a retry path before the customer lapses.

Integration availability depends on each platform's API, plan tier, and account permissions, and is verified for your specific accounts during scoping. RSG builds against each platform's published interfaces and does not claim official partnerships with any company listed here. Product names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Already on Stripe? Start there.

On a strategy call we look at how Stripe is set up today, where work is falling between it and your other tools, and what connecting them would involve. You keep the account, the data, and the login.
